My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The spacious rooms, complete with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's park-like environment added a touch of serenity to my stay, and I loved being able to relax in the outdoor dining area and take in the beautiful garden views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Additionally, the on-site swimming pool and leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, added a touch of luxury to my experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The location in poorly lit areas made it challenging to dispose of rubbish at night.

The woman on reception was very helpful and friendly. The whole place had a nice atmosphere.
The decor of the rooms was a bit out-dated. But really for the money there were no problems!

Liked the facilities
The spa pool was filthy and to enjoy any of the facilities came at an extra cost!

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful
We booked though Booked.net and we had booked the room with the stream underneath and were given a room by the kitchen. I asked if we could be given the originall booking but there was none available. This was a little disapointing and mis leading.

The location provides a great opportunity to reconnect with nature, especially with the stream running by the park. the bike trails nearby were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed cycling through them. Everything was conveniently nearby, making activities in the city more accessible.
The noise level was an issue. Many families with children were occupying the larger cabins and used the playground area, making it quite noisy for other guests.

The new pool was lovely and the girl on reception had great customer service.
Our park chalet was disgustingly dirty and old. Stains and hairs on the sofas, dead flies on the windowsills, dusty sheets on the bed, cobwebs, dirty oven and bbq, mice outside! I could go on! Needs a refurb badly! Not cheap either and stung us up for more money when we arrived as Booked.net didn't charge for baby (3 months old and we provided our own cot!). We made the best of it though and had a lovely holiday in Hastings.

Friendly staff, the cabin was comfortable.
For the same price (less sometimes) the cabin had a kitchen.

Spent Christmas here and loved the serene ambiance with plenty of greenery and nature. The friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The free hairdryer and straightener in the bathroom were useful perks. Conveniently located close to a popular tourist spot, we were able to maximize our holiday. The chalet room was spacious and provided all the amenities required for a relaxed stay.
The room wasn't as clean as expected, with remnants of the previous guests found in the bathroom. The bed was a bit too squeaky for our liking, but we managed.

I loved my recent stay in this hotel! From the amazing hotel facilities – including a large pool and outdoor dining area with an open-air fire to roast marshmallows – to the wonderful staff, everything was simply top-notch. The location was great too – with easy transportation access to the surrounding areas, right on a river, and super close to the vineyards, I was able to explore this city with ease. Plus, the cleanliness of both the motel units as well as communal areas was truly impressive.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Spent Easter at a family-friendly holiday park with a great location near plenty of nearby activities. the units were spacious, comfortable and always kept clean. the shared facilities had nice details like music playing in the background and friendly staff.
The sliding door was broken and could not lock. One of the front doors was difficult to open and close.
